Session Timeout Settings

Configure session timeout parameters to manage user inactivity:

Setting	Description
Session Timeout	Set the duration of inactivity after which the session times out.
User Inactivity Message	Enable this option to display a custom message to the user in case of inactivity.
Restart Chat Flow Triggers	Specify keywords or phrases that, when entered by the user, will restart the chat flow. You can add multiple triggers.
Live Chat Triggers	Specify keywords or phrases that, when entered by the user, will restart the chat.
