Use Case
The Zoho CRM integration enables businesses to connect their eleapi with Zoho CRM, facilitating the seamless capture and management of leads, contacts, and customer interactions directly from the eleapi platform.
Pre-requisite
To set up this integration, you'll need:
A Zoho CRM account
Steps to Enable the Integration
Navigate to the βThird-party Integrationβ Section:
In your eleapi platform, go to the settings or integrations section and locate the "Third-party Integration" option.
Connect to Zoho CRM:
Click on the "Connect" button and choose Zoho CRM from the list of available integrations.
Follow the prompts to authenticate and connect your Zoho CRM account.
Mapping the Variables:
Once connected, you'll see a screen where you can map the eleapiβs answers to the fields of your Zoho CRM.
Select bot questions from the "Question" dropdown or manually enter parameter names.
Map these questions to parameters in your Zoho CRM. If dropdowns are not available, enter the parameter names manually.
Add new variables as needed using the "Add " button.
Click "Save" to activate your integration.
Test Your Integration:
Open your eleapi and simulate a conversation to create a new ticket in Zoho CRM.
Verify that the ticket information is correctly sent to Zoho CRM and reflects accurately in your Zoho CRM account.
Disconnecting the Integration
To disconnect the integration:
Open the integration page under bot management.
Find the Zoho CRM integration and click on it.
Click on the "Disconnect" button to disconnect the integration.
Notes
To test leads, create the chat in an incognito tab to avoid cache issues.
Ensure you have the proper permissions and access rights in your Zoho CRM account to create and manage tickets.
